<p>As we live though a global pandemic, a strong immune system is more important than ever. </p>
<p>Each week the 60 minute class will focus on a different part of the immune system, using a combination of breath work and yoga postures to boost immunity.</p>
<p>This is an active, but gentle practice. No prior yoga experience is required. </p>
<p>Who is this class for?</p>
<ul>
<li>Anyone wanting to strengthen their immune system.</li>
<li>Those living with chronic health conditions, including but not limited to cancer, heart disease and diabetes.</li>
<li>Those living with autoimmune disorders.</li>
</ul>
<p>The class will be taught by Fran Healey, RYT 500 , Yoga4Cancer certified and trained in Yoga for Lymphatic Health. </p>
