Barre is a new, unique style of fitness combining ballet-movements, pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. We will focus on high reps of small range movements in order to sculpt, tone, and increase flexibility. Unlike traditional Barre classes, we will be using a vertical pole!
Any workout clothing is fine. No experience needed. Open to all.
Bring a small towel for wiping the pole and/or your body. DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS.
