<p>Work your muscles and brain with this full-body workout!! Utilize body-weight and external resistance to increase muscle fiber recruitment, core activation and balance/stability.</p>
<p>All levels of exercises will be demonstrated for increasing intensity and challenge.</p>
<p>Equipment needed: mat/towel, a chair, dumbbells/soup cans/water jugs (something heavy that you can grip in your hands)</p>
<p>After class, a link to the recording will be emailed to all registrants. You will have access to this recording for 48 hours after the end of class!</p>
