<p><strong class="">PRIMAL FLOW:</strong> A combination of primitive movement patterns like crawling, hinging, squatting, lunging, rolling in all possible directions and connecting them by using “transition" movements. It is 100% bodyweight training, it uses the floor and “gravity" as resistance and “leverage” as regressions and progressions. The end result is a flow of fun and challenging exercises that are moving through multiple planes of motion while supporting your own body weight, enhancing every aspect of our fitness. This includes improvements in mobility of the joints, strength, endurance, core stability, balance, coordination, cardiovascular, the list goes on and on.</p>
<p><strong class="" style="font-size: 10pt;">Who is PRIMAL FLOW for and Why you should do it? </strong><span class="" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Charter;"><span class="">This class is for anyone who wants to <strong class="">-</strong>not just<strong class="">-</strong> </span>“<span class="">regain" that natural freedom of movement that we were all born with, but also develop real functional resilience. </span></span><span class="" style="font-size: 10pt;">The exercises in this class are the early building blocks for every movement we make in our daily lives, and being able to perform them well will keep our bodies up to date and fight back some of the dysfunctional movement patterns that are unfortunately very common among us mainly because of our modern lifestyle and habits.</span></p>
