This workout is good for your bones and joints! Total body strength and total body stretch - 25 minutes of strength work will help us maintain bone density and increase our muscular endurance and 20 minutes of stretch work will make sure our joints feel good as we also improve our flexibility.
All levels of exercises will be demonstrated for increasing intensity and challenge.
Equipment needed: mat/towel, a chair, dumbbells/soup cans/water jugs (something heavy that you can grip in your hands)
