Yin Yoga Level 1-2 Class
Due to most people not having foam rollers at home, we will
modify the class to be stretching combined with Yin Yoga,
temporarily.
You will need:
a strap (modification can be a belt, old ties), a heavy
blanket can be used for a a bolster
and a possibly. a block (modification can be a thick
book)
The ideal compliment to any practice/workout. We all know the benefits of stretching, now add Yin Yoga to the session and you have the perfect balance to help heal the body from any workout. The combination of stretching and yin yoga will increase flexibility and range of motion, circulation (which helps tissues restore faster), decrease muscle tension, and reduce stress.
