What is Chair Yoga?
Practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support, poses are often adaptations of asanas in modern yoga as exercise. The pace is set at slow to moderate.
Students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next while using a chair. Classes are appropriate for beginners to advanced students.
While you're in the final resting post, Savasana, your teacher plays crystal sound bowls and other instruments to deepen your relaxation and open your heart.
