<p>Everyones favourite prop is back! In this 4 week online Pilates mat program we will incorporate the foam roller in classic Pilates exercises to challenge the core and build strength as well as use the foam roller as a tool to release tension in connective tissue. Classes take place 3 times a week live on zoom. All classes are recorded if you cannot attend the live class. The foam roller will be used in two different styles of classes Tuesday and Thursdays, and on Saturdays participants will join a no prop Restore your Core Pilates mat class. Come see what the roller craze is all about and fall in love with this versatile prop!</p>
