This class offers Gentle Yoga- to Intermediate Yoga Poses.
This is for everybody from Beginner to advanced students and
must be able to move from the floor to standing without
assistance.
The focus is on awareness and breath. Expect
a slower-paced stretching class with some basic pranayama breathing
exercises, Mudras, elemental imaging and laying down (savasana)
mediation at the end. Integrative yoga is for anybody that wants
more than physical workout and emotional healing.
