The reformer is a staple piece of Pilates equipment! Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder rests, with upside down, sideways and all kinds of variations thereof. In other words, the reformer can train many parts and dynamics of the body in so many different ways with just one relatively sleek piece of equipment.
 

Special Instructions

This class requires previous Kore group reformer class experience. If you have not taken a group reformer class at Kore, it's highly advised to attend a private lesson with a reformer teacher first, so we can assess safety, coordination, and response to teaching cues. Simply email christinanewman108@gmail.com.  We don't want anyone falling behind since clients are responsible for their own machines and workouts during class. Injuries can occur if clients don't have knowledge of the equipment mechanics, body technique, form and breath. We are very committed to our clients goals and look forward to your success.
