<p>Practice Self Love.</p>
<p>It can be difficult to dial down our hyperactive mind. It is equally difficult to pull out of sluggishness or recurring emotional slumps. We will practice moving into and out of a few traditional yoga poses. We will also practice moving into and out of stillness. With awareness and focus, using our breathing as the main tool to observe our inner world. Our hope is that at the end of class, we can walk a little lighter and feel more balanced.</p>
