Embodied Movement is a mindful practice of closely paying attention to what you are doing so that you may find yourself more able to do what you want.
This practice is intended to inform your daily movement patterns and practices with kinisthetic intelligence. Moving with present moment awareness is cultivated through sequences designed to uncover the relationship between intended physical activity, and the neural pathways that determine realized physical expression.
Present moment awareness allows for a noticing of habitual movement and holding patterns that may not be serving us well (often indicated by inhibited physical functionality, injury, and/or pain). Reorganized physical expression is invited to unfold as the possibility of comfortable and easy movement becomes more clear.
