For ages 2 Years - 4 Years The class is limited to 4 participants so pre booking is required.
8 consecutive classes, to be used over 2 months.
Goal - Strengthening, balance, surfacing, diving games, and developing arm pulling skills. Water safety entrance and exit exercises. Building strength to start swimming.
Parent and Child Dolphin Swimming/Seal Dives/deep end dives... and just alot of fun!
Water Safe - preparations
Swim at least 15 feet
Recover( come up for a breath of air)
Float on Back (at least 10 seconds)
Jump into deep water
dive into deep water
I attest that before coming to this class:
- I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
- I have not traveled internationally in the last 14 days.
- I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
- I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/COVID – 19.
- I am following all WorkSafe BC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
