Static Spin, Tricks and Combos 401

Static Spins, Tricks and Combos is all about being up-side-down! You will perform new hand grips, various leg hangs, static holds, drops and fundamental inverts to create memorizing shapes around the pole. As your stamina improves, you will begin linking movements together to create smooth transitions in and out of aerial inverts. Members will work on variations of moves depending on their level of strength and technique. Our primary attention is on your safety and all members are given one-on-one attention for the highest quality experience.  

Prerequisite: Must have a solid Leg Hang 


Special Instructions

Please wear fitted shorts with 3 inch inseam or less and a supportive sports bra. You may wear a shirt that you can roll up to expose your midsection when performing certain inverts.
