<p>This mixed level class is a perfect blend between Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. In the first 30 minutes, you will be inspired by flowing poses to warm up your body and shed unwanted stress and tension. Using props and supported poses, the last 30 minutes will help you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to completely "relax and renew".</p>
