Surf
Movement
A four part workshop focused on providing information and
exploring various elements necessary for developing attributes
related to surfing, bodyboarding and Stand Up Paddle boarding. This
series of classes will enable you to train for surfing when the
waves are not conducive to being in the water. We all know that
there is no substitute for surfing, but there are elements that we
are able to practice that will increase the accessibility of surf
movements in between surf sessions no matter what level you
are.
