Starting with grounding postures to get settled into the practice, we then work on building muscle through repetitive strengthening movements with the heat of power. Yin postures are weaved into the practice to not only challenge the body but the mind as well. These holding postures are a great way to become comfortable with stillness and calm energy. This is two classes in one! Both strength and stretch.
