On Monday, Wednesday and Friday you can join the Group WOD
(Workout of the Day) anytime between 5am and 6am. Show up when you
want during this time, warm up and stretch on your own and then let
the Instructor guide you to get started with the Workout of the Day
/ WOD that they have designed. This is a great way to have more
control of your workout duration.
Kettlebells, Concept 2 Rowers, Bodyweight & TRX Suspension
Training are the main focus but we also use a large variety of
today's most popular functional equipment like Ropes, Tires,
Sledgehammers and more. Let your Certified RKC & HKC Instructor
lead you through each workout they design specific for that day.
You will never get bored because each workout is different and
you'll get the personal attention you deserve in a small group
setting.
