A firm and stable core is key to keeping the rest of your body functioning and healthy. This class will strengthen and tone your abs, glutes and pelvic floor through yoga poses, bandhas and other exercises that target the muscles in the central region of the body.
The link to join the class will be emailed to you after you complete your booking. You will also be able to join the class directly from the My Living Yoga mobile app or from your Living Yoga account on WellnessLiving.
Here are some tips to get the most out of your virtual yoga class:
Practice with your camera TURNED ON so the teacher can see you and offer adjustments for your safety.
You may use a virtual background for yourself during class.
Don’t be afraid to ask for modifications or speak up if you are confused. Unmute yourself whenever necessary.
Household items can be used as yoga props: books and shoeboxes can double as blocks; sofa cushions and pillows make great bolsters; belts and ropes are similar to straps. Use your imagination!
Do not come to the studio to take this class. Practice at home or another safe, quiet location with an internet connection.
