This 75 minute class will start building heat and energy in the body through the yoking of breath and movement, vinyasa. Vinyasa will work on all major areas of the body, incorporating dynamic movements to increase strength and endurance. Intermediate postures will be held in both the vinyasa and yin portions of the class. Yin will end the practice by decompressing the sympathetic envois system and cooling down the practice with passive postures that are held in 3-7 minute intervals to promote permanent flexibility and to break up fascia in the body.

This class is of intermediate level, so a yoga practice is preferred before attending. If you are brand new to yoga or still new to yogic practice, it is highly recommended to participate in one of our beginner or open level classes first.
