<p>Relax into deep states of calm and restfulness through the practice of Yoga Nidra and guided Sound Bath Meditation. This 4 week series will introduce you to Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice to facilitate relaxation and restoration of the body, mind and spirit. This transformative practice will be accompanied by the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, moving the nervous system into a state of greater balance and integration. Lie down, get extra comfy and be guided into a state of deep rest.</p>
