<p dir="ltr">We are SNOW excited to announce that Miss Emily will be leading our winter kids yoga series! Between the cold weather and hours of virtual learning, it’s more important than ever that kids have a space where they can move, breathe, and just have fun! In this 4-week series, kids will relieve their winter blues by practicing yoga and meditation.</p>
<p dir="ltr">During each practice yogis will be expected to follow socially distancing guidelines. Yogis must wear a mask as they enter the studio and can remove their masks once sitting on their mats. Yogis must remain on their mats and socially distanced from others while in the studio.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Winter Kids Yoga Series begins Saturday February 20th at 11am in the Maple Shade Shala.</p>
