Snuggle in! Stay cozy and enjoy a gentle yoga practice with the comfort of your own blankets and bed. Join Stephanie via Zoom as she guides you through a handful of gentle poses under your blanket -- some brief stretches, others held longer and more restoratively (5-10 minutes) and ends with a bilssful guided meditation. Don't worry about falling asleep, she will automatically close the Zoom session when class is over, leaving you to enjoy a peaceful sleep.
