This subject is for EVERYONE: whether you're dealing with core/pelvic/tailbone pain, rectus diastasis, pre-natal or post-natal back or pelvic pain or bladder incontinence (just to name a few!), learn how you can take the next right step in re-training and regaining control of your body. Donna will wrap up the session with how Pilates is the perfect exercise regimen to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, as well as increase flexibility and mobility, helping you to feel better about YOU! There will be a 5-10 minute Q&A at the end of the session.</span></p>
