Class Cancellation Policy
Class cancellation due to low registration If numbers drop to 1 or 2 people, we will need to cancel class. You will be notified (by email) 1.5 hours before class if this needs to take place. For 5:30 a.m. classes, you will be notified by 8 p.m. the night before.
Class cancellation due to your schedule If you must cancel a class, please do so two hours before class starts. This will allow enough time for the next person on the waitlist to be notified and have time to prepare to come to the gym. If you cancel less than two hours before the start of class, you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you are a no show to class, you will be charged (pass holders will lose their session).
COVID-19 Screening Process Do not come to the gym if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
Aches & Pains
Loss of taste or smell
Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
If you arrive with any of these symptoms you will be asked to leave.
