In a prenatal yoga class with Jazz,
you can expect to relax (yey!), relax some more, connect with your
baby and spend time with yourself, getting ready to welcome your
mini miracle. The poses we practice in class are gentle and mainly
focus on the areas of the body which will be used during labour. We
also practice different breathing techniques to calm the mind and
spirit and do short visualisations to mentally prepare for the big
day.

Bring as many yoga props as you have available: yoga blocks, yoga blankets, bolster (rolled up beach towels work well), etc.
