<p>Gyrokinesis (R) incorporates the movement principles of swimming, gymnastics, dance, and yoga. The spine is moved through many twists, spirals, and bends in all directions which create circular toning of the body. Circular movement promotes decompression of the joints and allows the body to move with ease. The class is open to all levels of abilities. The class will progress through seated, standing, and lying positions in order to create movement through the entire body. The only props required are a mat and stool/chair to sit on. </p>
<p>This will be a 4-week series class on Wednesday's in March (10th - 31st) at 12:30 pm. Price includes access to all 4 class sessions.</p>
