<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Join Just Move on the mat and explore the methodology of Joseph Pilates. This format is almost 100 years old but its main goals are very contemporary - to strengthen the core, elongate the spine, align the body, develop strength and build stability, and at the same time, unify mind, body and spirit.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We will practice the original Pilates sequence together and each week dive deeper into a few of the 34 poses. No experience is necessary and this class is for everyone. All you need is a mat and to be ready to use your body and your brain to get stronger to the core!</span></p>
<p>All Live Virtual classes are recorded and you have access to the replay for 48 hours if you can't attend live or want to repeat the workout.</p>
