<p><strong>This course is for participants who are already able to run at least 5k. We will work on increasing speed to run a personal best and on increasing endurance to provide participants with the potential to target longer races.</strong> </p>
<p>Location is Ross Family Complex on MONDAY evenings. <strong>Please bring Water. </strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">There are 12 classes. There will be NO class on Monday May 24th.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Early Bird pricing is offered until midnight March 17, 2021. All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the early-bird price. All payments must be received prior to the class start date. IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER OR CHEQUE, PLEASE ENSURE TO ADD THE 13% HST TO THE CLASS PRICE. THANK YOU</span></p>
