In this slow to moderately paced class, you will gain a new knowledge and understanding of your body. With awareness to the mind, breath and body connection, using Yoga techniques and asana you will learn how to relax, stretch, strengthen and move your body safely.
This is an online class. You will also receive access to a library containing the recordings of the classes in this session. You will need a yoga mat. There are 8 classes.
Early Bird pricing is offered until midnight June 16, 2021. All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the early-bird price.
