Finding it hard to fit in a workout? Try our 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class. A mix of high and low impact body weight exercises and light weight dumbbells or bands will boost your metabolism and sculpt your body. Small breaks in between short bursts of work allow you to see big benefits while saving time. All you need is a set of 5lb or 8lb dumbbells or a band and a yoga mat.
Early Bird pricing is offered until midnight March 17, 2021. All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the lower price.
