<p> This module is a thorough look at the changes in woman’s body during each trimester of pregnancy and how yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation can be applied therapeutically. Learn poses and safety precautions for each trimester and how to offer support and adapt poses to suit the needs of the mother and growing baby. In the post- natal portion of the weekend, we will examine how yoga can be adapted to fit this new, busy time in a woman’s life. We will learn how to bring stability back into the pelvis, regaining internal strength and the fundamentals of teaching post natal to a new mom while releasing areas of tension.</p>
