Classes take place 3 times a week for 6 weeks live on zoom and are recorded if you cannot attend live. Mondays class has a tone theme and will incorporate small weights to challenge the core and strengthen shoulders and arms. Wednesdays class is a blend of Pilates and barre and will require a small ball, small weights, mat, and chair. Saturdays class is a no prop Pilates full body flow class that will tone, mobilize, and recover the entire body.
