<p align="left">This two-afternoon workshop begins with awakening, stretching and lifting the breastbone.</p>
<p align="left"><span id="OBJ_PREFIX_DWT13734_com_zimbra_date" class="Object"><span id="OBJ_PREFIX_DWT13755_com_zimbra_date" class="Object">Saturday</span></span> afternoon’s focus is on directing vayu breath patterns in a restorative practice while we watch the awakening unfold within our sternum. </p>
<p align="left"><span id="OBJ_PREFIX_DWT13735_com_zimbra_date" class="Object"><span id="OBJ_PREFIX_DWT13756_com_zimbra_date" class="Object">Sunday</span></span> afternoon, you will explore how effective this breath opening has been in deepening your experience of backbends while balancing the three parts of your breastbone. Pratyahara, Pranayama and Meditation also accompany the asana sequences.</p>
<p align="left">This workshop is also part of Serene Yoga Studio’s Advanced Teacher Training program, where 200 RYTs can accrue these hours towards the 500-hour certification. Serene Yoga Studio is a Canadian Yoga Alliance CYA-RYS Gold Yoga School. All Serene Yoga Action Workshops are eligible for accreditation and credits with Canadian Yoga Alliance.</p>
