This program is for graduates of SHINE's Yin Yoga Level I program.
Join Carleena for Part II of our Yin training together. In this training you will focus on advanaced yin yoga poses and the energetic side of yoga which includes introductory training on intention setting, leading meditation & breathwork, as well as studying the chakras, meridians & marma points. This training will include lots of practice teaching & feedbacking opportunities as well as exercises to hone your voice & hold a sacred & intentional container for pracice.
We will discuss briefly trauma informed yoga and will honor the Traditional Chinese Medicine roots of a Yin Yoga practice as well. Trainees will be provided a manual on Day 1 of the training.
Post Training Requirements: There will be an assigned book relfection; book TBD. There will also be a practice teaching requirement post-training; full details will be announced on Day 3 of our training.

Friday June 11th: 5pm to 9pm (4 contact
hours)
Saturday June 12th: 9am to 7pm (9 contact
hours)
Sunday June 13th: 9am to 6pm (8 contact hours)
Post Training: 4 non-contact hours of practice teaching, community engagement, feedback & writing assignment
