It's time to manifest your body's potential to be limber and strong!
Strength and Stretch is a different kind of exercise class that uses body weight exercises and highly efective, targeted stretches to increase your flexibility and your muscle tone at the same time.
You don't need to already be strong or particularly flexible, and you don't need to be an aerialist or a yogi. Everyone has a body, and all bodies of all shapes and sizes benefit from being stronger and stretchier.
Strength and Stretch is currently available with two different focuses: splits (including front to back and straddle), and back bends. The class material can be adjusted to accomodate any level, so don't worry about being too stiff- that's the sort of thing that means you should be in a stretching class anyway!
All equipment provided. Wear clothes that allow for easy movement.
