Join Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach, Alicia Cross, for an exploration of the 7 main chakras (energy centers) of your subtle body.
Each week you’ll take a deep dive into a different chakra progressing from Root to Crown. You’ll learn characteristics of a balanced and out-of-balance energy center; which areas of the body correlate to each energy center; how to calm or active with essential oils, stones, mantras, lifestyle; and more.
In advance of the practice, Alicia will send worksheets for you to prepare for the session (or to review after). The Saturday sessions will begin with a discussion on that week’s chakra (bring your questions and insights from the worksheets!) followed by asana (poses), meditation, and pranayama (breath work) to cultivate balance.
No prior experience with yoga or energy work is required.
