This class will mindfully take students deeper into their
practice through a refinement of postures, using various techniques
and props to help create more strength and stability from the
inside out. In addition to more deliberate and clear focus on
postures and alignment, the class will also include more applicable
yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation. Students, be ready to
play, try new things, be challenged, and laugh! Yoga experience is
suggested, though variations will be offered for different
students' abilities. Advanced doesn't always have to mean crazy
complicated, so enjoy the nuances of a richer and fuller
practice!
