to facilitate pain management during labor. It helps to build
stamina and strengthen the body, while also balancing the changing
hormones and helping to reduce stress. This class is a great class

Our prenatal classes are taught by instructors who have specialized
in a prenatal yoga training and are Registered Prenatal Yoga
Teachers with the Yoga Alliance. This is in effort to make certain
both mama and baby are safe.
