Get ready to transform your body into a lean, chiseled
machine! This fast paced 55 minute class will begin with a warm up
and an upper body sculpting sequence using free weights, and small
props to target bi-cep, tri-cep, shoulder, chest and back muscles.
Students then move to the ballet barre to focus on the thigh, seat
and abdominal muscles. Finally, the abdominal and seat muscles are
again targeted, followed by a lengthening stretch and balance
ending. The technique focuses on strengthening and stretching the
major muscle groups in order to create a “dancer-like” physique
that is both strong and trim. Come experience the hottest barre
