This class is meant to bring together those individuals
continuing the progression from Private Sessions to Group Class in
a way that is moderately paced, safe, and effective. The focus will
remain on finding a regimen that helps to balance out the strengths
and weaknesses within each unique body: acknowledging what
modifications are needed and when to use them, finding flow through
transitions, and adding new exercises to the mix with each class!!
Honoring the idea that Pilates is a personal journey and a
commitment to health, that once learned, should be kept for
LIFE!:) (Prerequisite: must have completed Introduction
Package of Privates before registering.)
