This is a rendition of Vinyasa flow that gets you into your body through your feelings!

The focus is on getting prana, and energy moving and flowing through the body with some warmups, meditation and breathwork, then we will flow through some poses focusing on feeling through the transitions and your body rather than focusing too heavily on form.

Your teacher will hold space and loose structure, you will fill in the rest with understanding how your body truly likes to move that day. All genders are welcome to this class, including males who want to tap into their feminine and feeling space!

Welcome to Arise Yoga's in-studio classes at 730 Franklin Avenue! Before you come to the studio for practice, please take note of the following safety procedures we've put in place:

Mat spaces are taped out 6 feet apart to maintain social distance.

Masks must be worn throughout practice when inside the studio. Outside in the backyard, it's up to the discretion of the students and teacher, but you must stay on your mat.

Upon entering the studio for practice, there will be daily temperature checks, and a QR code waiver for you to complete (you can also complete this beforehand).

Doors in the studio will remain open, and we have an up to date HVAC air ventilation system.

No mat or prop rentals at this time. Please bring your own mat and any props you wish to use.

We ask that you only come to the studio if you're feeling physically well. If for any reason you're not feeling well, please stay home, rest, and possibly join our online classes. All classes will be streamed simultaneously for ease. Thank you for helping us to reopen and safely offer this incredible experience together.
