<p>In this 30-minute weekly hands-on class online, Leah will demonstrate and guide you through basic massage techniques to relax and restore your body from head to toe. This workshop will soothe your nervous system and bring ease and relief to your achy muscles. With her experience as a yoga instructor, she will sprinkle in breathwork and stretching techniques to help ease your pain. You will learn how to massage through your clothes, so plan to wear comfortable clothes and be seated in a comfortable chair/couch. Gather lotion or creme, your favorite scent (essential oil or perfume), soothing music, a cup of warm tea, and a peaceful environment to bring the serenity of the metta center into your home. If you sign up for the whole month but have to miss a class, you will receive the recording! <br /><br />If you sign up for David's Pranayama and Meditation class on Sundays, pay only $75 ($37.50 each) for two weekly classes for your monthly self-care. </p>
