<p class="font_7">Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as "flow" yoga, in Sanskrit vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” A vinyasa practice generates heat which is not always present in other forms of yoga. Our vinyasa classes are uniquely designed by each individual instructor meaning that each practice is built on the creativity and vision of that teacher for that time. The goal of your practice is to move with intention and the breath. Students are encouraged to stay present and mindful during class, since no two vinyasa classes are ever alike. </p>
