Barre is designed to tone your body using resistance bands,
light weights, balls, and the wall or a chair. Any level can
practice Barre.
Barre items: Starting out if you do not have any of this stuff
please don’t worry. You can use soup cans for weights, a playground
ball or pillow, and opt out of the band work. You’ll still get a
great workout. You can view online a pdf version of props you will
need and can purchase.
