<p>A lot of what we do in every day life (walking, cycling, sitting in front of a computer, running) has disconnected us from our backside. Come learn why working your backside (posterior chain) is so important for your posture and how you can develop more efficient movement patterns. This workshop will have an educational component, a movement segment, and an opportunity to ask questions. All participants will leave with functional exercises that can be done every day that help build a stronger backside. We will use two small weights, resistance band, and ball.</p>
