New Moon Yoga Series
Connecting to the cycle & rhythm of the New Moon, we
practice the soothing movements of Chandra Namaskar, moon
salute. Cultivating our own inner wisdom & connection
to the cyclical nature within.
This practice is a slow gentle flow, incorporating Yin
& Restorative postures, providing space to explore Sthira and
Sukha, stillness and ease.
Finishing the yoga practice with a deep relaxing savasana to
replenish the mind, body and spirit.
