This program will specifically help running form, coordination, balance, flexibility, core strength, and help athletes understand how to adjust for directional changes at full speed. Once the concept of proper mechanics is understood and mastered athletic potential can be maximized! This class is a great stepping stone towards our sports specific conditioning programs.
