<p>This is a warming dynamic power flow class loosely based around sun salutations and combines equal parts strength and flexibility. In this class you will experience some breath-to-movement flow, as well as some deeper stretches with longer holds. Breath is emphasized, as is moving with intention and control rather than momentum. We will work to build strength and stability as well as flexibility and mobility… the best of both worlds! This class is challenging for the seasoned practitioner but also accessible for a semi-beginner. Lot of options and modifications are given throughout class.</p>
