Mindfulness
Yoga approaches the postures and movements
of Hatha-Yoga and other movement modalities as a
vehicle for the practice and cultivation of mindfulness as taught
by the Buddha. As such practice can include vinyasa, yin, gentle
and restorative yoga. Taught as an “all levels class,”
Mindfulness Yoga is recommended for all those interested in the
deeper wisdom teachings of Buddhism and Classical
Yoga.
